Supporting you during you studies is our main focus. Student Services provide a range of support, information and specialist services to enhance your student experience at the International Faculty throughout your studies.
Counselling Service
The Counselling Service is here to help you address personal or emotional problems, that you may be experiencing during you time at the ICBS Business College and realise your full academic and personal potential. The service is free and confidential.
Career Services
With a wide range of career services we assist our students and graduates succeed in achieving their goals. We encourage and guide students to look broadly at all the career opportunities while helping them regarding the application and interview process.
English Language Support
The English Language Support Department aims at ensuring that all students have the support and facilities needed to study at under and post-graduate level in the medium of English language. We believe language learning is a life-long process and our aim is to encourage all students to become both expert users and independent learners of the language.
English full time Summer Foundation Course
We offer pre-sessional English Summer foundation courses, which can help students to increase their English ability to the level required by the registration office for admission. After this course the student will sit for the IELTS test at the local British Council, so that he/she will have an opportunity to meet the required level for admission to the programme.
Library Services
Services provided by our library, aim at meeting the needs of the Faculty’s staff, students but also the general public by providing excellent customer service, supporting research, learning and teaching, and ensuring that our facilities and services are accessible to everyone. Our librarians are available to provide help, advice and training on accessing and using our library’s resources. There is a free access to the electronic library of the University.
Accommodation Services
The prospect of living abroad, perhaps for the first time and many miles from home, is exciting but naturally a little daunting too!
Our Department of Student Services offers advice and guidance on accommodation issues. A good selection of private accommodation is available, provided that the students apply in good time before the beginning of each academic year.
Computing Support Services
Our Computing Center provides a range of support services to all staff and students, enabling excellence, innovation and best practice in teaching, learning and research. Users also can ask for advice on any problem that they encounter while working on campus on their own laptop or in the Faculty’s PC labs.
Academic Registrar
The Academic Registrar of the University maintains and secures all student academic records, records grades, issues transcripts, verifies enrolment and graduation and issues degrees.
The Registrar is dedicated primarily to the service of faculty and students through scheduling, registration, record keeping and reporting. For enquiries students may contact the Academic Registrars.
Financial Services
Our Financial Services staff offers assistance to students and families in paying for their education. The Financial Services Office is responsible for the assessment of tuition and fees, student financial records, bills, payment methods, refunds and much more.
